Around 450 delegates attended our second Employee Engagement last month in London, and the event has been universally acclaimed by delegates, speakers and sponsors as being truly world class.
Delegates at the Summit on April 14 at the Victoria Park Plaza were treated to golden nuggets from case study presentations delivered by organisations as diverse as Unilever, BP, HSBC, John Lewis Partnership, ITV and many more.
There was also a touch of controversy with some widely differing views expressed by rival psychologists on just what employee engagement is and the benefits that it can deliver.
The undoubted highlight of the day, however, was an opening keynote plenary from John Timpson, chairman of the UK’s leading services retailer Timpson, who delivered what many delegates described as a truly inspirational presentation about the organisation’s ‘upside down’ management approach to employees and customers.
That set the tone for a remarkable day that left the audience looking for superlatives.
That’s how we like it and rest assured our 2017 Summit to be held on April 20 2017 will build on the success of this year and will be our biggest and best yet.
